She is a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, with orientation in Accounting.

Before joining EPW, Elena gained extensive experience in Direct Tax services. She has been specializing in tax compliance services identifying tax implications and tax risks of the companies, developing and implementing effective tax planning and strategies. Furthermore, she is experienced in tax advisory work and more specifically in due diligence projects and preparation of Tax Rulings. She currently manages a portfolio of various companies in a variety of industries, providing tax compliance and tax advisory services.

She is a holder of a BA in Public and Business Administration. She is also a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) of the UK and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Nicolina qualified with a Big Four audit firm and reached the position of Manager; she has also enwidened her experience as she was employed for a period of time as a Senior Financial Specialist for a well-known telecommunications Company. Overall, Nicolina’s exposure with clientele of various industries (including the Banking sector, Telecommunications, Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Construction, Medical, Investment, Retail and Transportation) is of great importance as she has the expertise to provide guidance to her clients, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements under the Cyprus Law.
